Cybersecurity: Ansip & Oettinger welcome the adoption of NIS Directive

European Parliament has adopted the NIS Directive. Here are the reactions from the European Commission. #cybersecurity

NIS Directive is expected to enter into force in August 2016. Member States will have 21 months to implement this Directive into their national laws and 6 months more to identify operators of essential services.
