A Japanese firm is rewarding its employees who sleep at least 6 hours a night.

A Japanese wedding firm, Crazy Inc is paying its employees who sleep at least six hours a night for at least 5 days in a week.

The firm gives points to its employees based on their act and those points can be exchanged for food items worth up to $570 (4,000 yen) per year.

The firm tracks its employees sleep by using an app made by Airweave, a mattress producer.

A part from providing this sort of unique incentives, Crazy also endorses healthier diet, exercise and an extra optimistic workplace atmosphere.

It further facilitates child support centre and also the opportunity to take holidays on regular business days.

According to the company this move will help the employees to lead quality life and to deliver better performance at the office.

A survey by Fuji Ryoki revealed that approximately 90% of Japanese over the age of 20 say that they aren’t getting enough sleep.
