Pakistan is helping and sending terrorists to India which is against the contract.

Gadkari said India was planning to establish a project over three rivers flowing into Pakistan to share the water.

A five years irrigation component with the assistance of ₹485.38 crore was announced.

Post the Pulwama terror attack incident, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari who was addressing party meeting at Jabalpur said Pakistan would not be given a single drop of water from India’s side.

Gadkari said India was planning to establish a project over three rivers flowing into Pakistan to share the water.

Earlier India and Pakistan have signed a contract over sharing three rivers by either country. This contract was duly approved by PM Jawaharlal Nehru and Pakistan’s PM Ayub Khan in 1960.

This contract had mentioned serving Peace, harmony, and brotherhood among the two countries.

Minister further said Pakistan is helping and sending terrorists to India which is against the contract.

The Minister gave his approval over Shahpurkandi dam project on river Ravi in Punjab to halt the share of the river that is flowing to Pakistan.

A five years irrigation component with the assistance of ₹485.38 crore was announced.

On February 22, 2019, Gadkari laid a foundation stone of ₹758.54 crore flyover to set free the traffics in the western part of Jabalpur town.
