tech giants Google+, Apple and IBM are among 15 corporations hiring for some of their top jobs with the interested candidates not needing to present their university degrees.

“People who don’t go to school and make their way in the world, those are exceptional human beings,” said Google’s former SVP of People operations.

At this time, the development is limited to the United States.

Apple designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services.

IBM manufactures and markets computer hardware, middleware and software, and provides hosting and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanoTechnology.
