SS Rajamouli directorial Baahubali: The Beginning has made history as it became the First Non-English Film to display at Royal Albert Hall, London.

The film’s screening took place on 19th of October.  Sharing the historic moment with the fans, the Baahubali team wrote on Twitter, “The Beginning is the only NON ENGLISH film to be played at Royal Albert Hall in London ever since its inauguration 148 years ago! A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR ALL OF US!”

The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, and Tamannaah in the lead roles, with Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj, and Nassar in supporting roles.

It received several accolades. It won the National Film Award for Best Special Effects and Best Feature Film, becoming the first Telugu film to win the award.

The Baahubali: Beginning became the first Indian film to be nominated for Saturn Awards, receiving five nominations at the 42nd ceremony, including Best Fantasy Film and Best Supporting Actress for Tamannaah.
