Today in memory of NASA astronaut John Young, Kennedy Space Center Director Bob Cabana placed a memorial wreath at the Heroes and Legends exhibit at the center’s visitor complex. The U.S. Navy fighter pilot joined the space program in 1962 and went on to fly six missions to space in the Gemini, Apollo & Space Shuttle programs. Read more: https://go.nasa.gov/2D2xidl
