According to media reports, the Telangana police have reportedly booked Ravi Prakash in alleged forgery case.
Case Background.
Alanda Media entertainments secretary Kaushik Rao had lodged a complaint against TV9 Prakash in connection with alleged take-over of Alanda Media by TV9 news channel.
The complaint stated that the signature of Kaushik Rao was reportedly forged on a letter which opposed the appointment of 3 new directors.
Based on a complaint lodged by Kaushik Rao, the Cyberabad police have begun efforts to take Ravi Prakash into custody.
The Telangana police are also conducting searches at the offices of TV9.
