YS Jagan Mohan Reddy appreciated the dedication and passion of Mammootty starer Telugu biographical Film ‘Yatra’ makers.
YSR Congress party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday (10th of Feb) appreciated the makers of Telugu biographical film ‘Yatra’.
Leader of opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly took to Twitter and wrote, “ congratulations MahiVraghav, Devireddyshashi, VijayChilla, ShivaMeka, Mammukka & entire crew on the successful release of Yatra.”
YS Jagan also wrote,” whole heartedly thank you & appreciate your passion & dedication in wanting to depict cinematically, the character & essence of the great leader, YSR”.

Yatra is a Telugu biographical film, based on political journey of Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, who served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh from 2004 to June 2009. YS Jagan is the son of Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
The ‘Yatra’ produced by Vijay Chilla, Shashi Devi Reddy under 70mm entertainments and directed by Mahi V. Raghav.
The film features South Superstar Mammootty in the lead role as Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy.
Mammootty has won 3 National Film Awards for Best Actor, 7 Kerala State Film Awards and 23 Filmfare Awards South.
The Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri in 1998.
The film was released on 8 February 2019.
