The super hit Tamil film ‘Thani Oruvan’ starring Jayam Ravi and Nayanatara has attracted the attention of neighboring film industries ever since it was released. The universal appeal of the film and the stunning screenplay are the USPs of the film.
The Telugu remake of this film has been in discussion ever since it was released. Mohan Raja, the director of the original film, had held a special screening for Mahesh and the actor quite liked it. However, he rejected the remake citing that he is not ready to act in remakes.
Then, Ram Charan came into the picture. As per latest news, Charan is confirmed as the hero in this project. Noted filmmaker NV Prasad, who produced Charan’s hit film ‘Rachha’ will serve as producer while DVV Danayya, who is now producing Charan starrer ‘Bruce Lee’ will work as co-producer.
More details of this project will come out once Charan finishes ‘Bruce Lee’. For now, ‘Bruce Lee’ is slated for release on 16th October.
