Skyscrapers in India: Reliance to build 110-Storey Building in Telangana State

As per latest reports, the Reliance (ADAG- Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group) is all set to construct a humongous 110-storey building, named Reliance Iconic Towers, in Manchirevu village, Ranga Reddy district in Telangana. This proposed building will be built in vast 76.2 acres of land.

The proposal for the construction of this building was submitted during the times of united Andhra Pradesh itself but with the state division, the proposal was put on hold for some time. The Reliance ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani, last year met Telangana Chief Minister KCR and explained Reliance’s initiatives, which will pave way for the development of Infrastructure in the state.

Impressed, KCR has now asked them to submit a fresh proposal. The officials from Reliance ADAG met Rajeev Sharma, the Telangana State Chief Secretary and submitted the proposal, which also explains the investment initiatives of the company in the state.

T Govt. hopes that this Iconic Towers will attract further investments in the state.
